The SpotyPal devices have been manufactured and thoroughly tested to meet strict quality standards.

The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing process. It doesn’t cover consumer-inflicted damages because of improper use or incorrect maintenance of the product, or if the product is damaged as a result of an accident or natural causes.

Also, the warranty doesn’t cover product components that are subject to normal wear and tear, damage to fragile components and the casing, as well as defects and damages of the batteries.

The SpotyPal app and the device should be only used for tracking lost items and sending SOS-alerts. We disclaim any liability resulting from using our services and devices for any other purpose.

The warranty period for the SpotyPal device is 1 year from the purchase date. If a defect arises within the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced with a new upon return of the defective product.

Procedure details:

To begin repair/replace procedure, the Buyer must first contact our support team during the warranty period and provide the Device identifier and the purchase receipt, which can be found at the Settings section of the SpotyPal app, as well as describe the problem.

After repair/replacement approval, the Buyer shall send the device to us. The buyer shall bear the cost of shipping of the SpotyPal device to Terracom. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Terracom will bear all costs of return shipping to the owner of the repaired/replaced device.
