The warranty period for the SpotyPal device is 1 year from the date of its 1st activation, completed by the first owner of the device.

To find the 1st activation date:

  •   Open the SpotyPal App.
  •   Select the device.
  •   Tap the three dots icon on the top right corner of the screen to open the Device settings.
  •   Scroll down to find the Activation date.
