You can stop the ringing with the following two ways:

1. Through the SpotyPal App:

If you have pressed the “Call” button:

  •   Open the SpotyPal App.
  •   Find and select your device in the list.
  •   Tap the "Stop calling" button.

    •  2. Through the SpotyPal device: keep the button of the ringing SpotyPal device pressed for a few seconds.

     3. In case of the Separation alert:

  •   Through the mobile: in the Separation alert notification, click on “Stop Calling Mobile”.
  •   Through the SpotyPal device: keep the button of the ringing SpotyPal device pressed for a few seconds.
