Sometimes it might take a couple of minutes to connect to the SpotyPal device.

In case the connection cannot be established, follow the steps below:

  •   If you have SpotyPal on multiple mobile devices, make sure it is not already connected to one of those.
  •   Restart Bluetooth on your phone.
  •   Restart the SpotyPal App.
  •   Restart your smartphone.
  •   Reinstall the SpotyPal App.
  •   Contact us through the support form and we will assist you to solve the problem.
