Yes, your phone will ring even on silent, if you:

  •   You have activated the Separation Alert “On mobile” or “On mobile and device”.
  •   You have switched from Notification to Sound alert.

    • To activate Separation alert functionality:

  •   Open the SpotyPal app.
  •   Select the device you want.
  •   Tap the three dots icon on the top right corner of the screen to display the Device Settings.
  •   In the menu, open the Separation Alert options and choose the option that meets your needs.
  •   Save changes by tapping the Save button.

    • To switch from Notification to Sound alert:

  •   Open the SpotyPal app.
  •   Tap on the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  •   Select "Settings" from the menu.
  •   Turn on the "Separation notification with alert" option.
